CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

BEACH BODY WORKOUT
Body Bars, free weights, stamina and strength are all the requirements of this workout. Great for toning the whole body and inch loss. All areas of the upper, lower body and abdominals, are sculpted, a workout that really shows fantastic results if you put in the right amount of effort and dedication. Cardio intervals in between weights to blast some fat too. You will be wanting to wear your beach wear all year round! BODY TONE A low impact session, which combines a variation of different exercises to tone the thighs, bum, tum, and arms. Fantastic for losing inches and fat on those stubborn areas. Great for all ability levels.

BOOTCAMP BOX BLAST
A half hour high impact boxing glove and pad workout, military style training that will leave you ringing with sweat! Great cardio session to fit it in as part of your weekly training program to blast your way to fitness and achieve your goals.

BOXERCISE
Fun and energetic, a great way to get fit. Combine boxing moves with a cardio element to get the heart pumping. Shed those extra pounds quickly with this highly effective workout if you put in the effort! Extremely popular in the fitness industry.

BUTT & AB-SOLUTION
A great way to strengthen and tone your stomach muscles and butts, a common problem area for many people. Designed for all ability levels.

FAT ATTACK
As it says on the tin. A class designed to attack the stubborn fat in the body. Cardio workout to increase the heart rate and burn the calories. Anything goes, including step boxes, circuit training, boxing moves, aerobic combination, fit balls, dyno bands. Strengthens heart and lungs.

FITNESS PILATES
A class designed to increase inner core strength, flexibilty, agility, muscular endurance and balance. Your body will improve in muscle tone, definition and you will appear leaner and fitter. This class will challange you, without any need for high impact training. Ideal workout to compliment anyones training program or for people with injuries.

30-20-10 WORKOUT
A combination of cardio, lower body, upper body & ab exercises. For all ability levels. The exercise formula is 30 sets, 20 sets, 10 sets of each exercise combination (three minute intervals).

FUNKY FIT
Fitness class that combines street, hip hop and latino dance moves to create a fun and motivating class, designed to burn the calories and tone your body. Time to get Funky! HIIT Not for the faint hearted! Designed to get you fit and ripped radipo! Intervals of high intense training with short periods of rest. Great if you donít have much time but want to fit in a workout to make you sweat.

KIDS SWIMMING LESSONS
The lessons are aimed at beginners to intermediate swimmers, 4 yrs plus. Our instructor is highly qualified and experienced. Swimming lessons take place in our pool twice a week. To avoid disappointment place your childs name down in advance, as there can be a short waiting list.

METAFIT - METABOLISM MELT DOWN
Very similar to HIIT and INSANITY. Not for the faint hearted! Boost your metabolism with body weight interval training. No excuses as a half hour class can easily fit into your day!

HIIT
Not for the faint hearted! Designed to get you fit and ripped radipo! Intervals of high intense training with short periods of rest. Great if you don’t have much time but want to fit in a workout to make you sweat.

POLE FITNESS
Spins and tricks on a pole, great for developing upper body strength and toning the whole body, as well as burning calories. Have fun whilst exercising! Please prebook as PRIVATE LESSONS ONLY.

STREET DANCE
Funky and fun strut your stuff in this upbeat dance class. Yes you can be J Lo's next backing dancer with all the latest hot dance moves. Beginner and advanced classes. Childís classes available.
